The company

Aurora Hospitality

Aurora Hospitality creates and runs the group's restaurant brands, starting with King of Chicken in 1980. Its central kitchen supplies those brands, and it delivers catering and shisha services to hotels in Qatar, working with Grand Hyatt and Rotana.

In 2025 Junior's opened in Amman, the first of the group's brands to trade outside Qatar.
